Driving On City Sidewalks was born in a basement and formed out of a genuine love for music and an inherent need to create. Building his craft slowly, Driving On City Sidewalks founder Barry Mielke painstakingly constructed the beginning layers of what would eventually make up Where Angels Crowd To Listen. Enlisting his good friend, Darryl Silvestri, Driving On City Sidewalks was finally born.

On the title track, Silvestri sings “Where angels crowd to listen to the fewest words so full of hope”.
